The Skinny on Amino's

If you've been brave enough to stick your toe in the pool we call "Fitness" then you've more than likely heard the importance of protein. You know the stereotype; hit the gym, throw some weights around, then sit back and fuel those gains with a tasty protein drink. While the concept seems simple enough; it's really not that cut and dry.

Protein is actually made up of amino acids. When you ingest a protein, your body breaks it down into individual amino's, restructures them and then uses them for whatever purpose they're needed for at the time. While drinking protein after a workout is ideal, you're really cutting your gains and recovery short when you don't add additional amino supplementation to your routine.

Of the 20 main amino acids, only 11 are produced naturally by our bodies. These are called non-essential amino's because it's not necessary to get them from our diet. Amino's have a multitude of responsibility that goes far beyond muscle growth and repair. Their list of benefits range from digestion health to producing chemicals for brain function. Needless to say, amino's are important.

Of all the amino's, branched-chain amino acids are definitely the cats meow. Made up of leucine, isoleucine and valine, BCAAs are essential amino acids; meaning our bodies do not produce them naturally and are only available in the foods we eat or through the use of supplements. The growing popularity of BCAA use is no surprise considering all of the benefits they offer. While this only scratches the surface, BCAAs are said to help improve muscle growth, increase endurance, reduce fatigue, and improve recovery and performance.

Thankfully we have a plethora of information available to us through the world wide web and quality products that provide a wide range of amino profiles to help us get the most out of our workouts and daily life. One product in particular is RSP's AminoLEAN.

AminoLEAN is an any time amino blend that helps build muscle, burn fat and provides a boost of energy to help fuel your day. While taking AminoLEAN near or during a workout is ideal, you can certainly reap its benefits regardless of the time. Covering three different amino profiles, AminoLEAN can improve muscle growth and endurance, increase fat burn, and improve mental focus.

Packed with essential amino acids, AminoLEAN aids in the recovery and growth of lean muscle. Natural caffeine from green tea and green coffee have also been added to increase energy and enhance mental clarity. Other essential amino's like L-Carnitine and CLA are also strong factors in this amino blend by providing an increase in metabolism, fat to energy conversion and fat breakdown support.

Amino's are a strong force when it comes to reaching your fitness goals and shouldn't be overlooked. Simply adding them to your pre, during and post workout routine can have a huge impact on your overall condition. Don't cut yourself or your gains short.. Check out amino's today!
