Lisa Czajkowski
Group Instructor &
Lead Trainer
Lisa received her personal training certification in 2019 followed by L1 Spartan coach certification in 2020 and then became a certified Nutritionist in 2022.
Lisa trains in functional fitness, strength conditioning and endurance, including the different facets of
obstacle course racing.
Having lost over 100lbs herself, Lisa trains and aids clients in weight loss and
muscle building for those with fitness goals in mind.
Lisa has participated in multiple Spartan Sprints, Supers and Beasts racing Open and Age Group, taking
podium positions in her age group.
Lisa has also participated in multiple HYROX functional fitness events, training for and racing her 2 nd Pro event this November in Dallas.

Eric Nichols
Group Instructor & Personal Trainer
Personal trainer with an Associate's degree in applied sciences from Navarro College.
Eric has been working in the field of Occupational Therapy for over 12 years. He has special training in adapting exercises to meet individual needs while overcoming injuries.
Eric is also an avid runner who is currently training for the Houston marathon in 2023!

Neita Bright
Group Instructor & Personal Trainer
Neita received her personal training certification in 2020 and then shortly after, became a certified Nutrition coach in 2021.
She has completed many 5ks and a hand full of Spartan races. Neita has lost 80lbs and still losing. She is also the founder of BrightnCurvy Fitness, which is a faith-based walk/run group in the Waco area.
Neita would like to help other women lose stubborn body fat, improve strength, increase mobility, and develop healthier dietary habits.
She cares deeply about others, and there’s nothing of more value to her than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong.
She realizes how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and she wants to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped her become the person she is today. She is here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.
