We're adding two new Muscle Cave Original Classes to the schedule next weekend and we are SO excited!

MAX HIIT will focus on cardio circuit intervals that build in intensity as the class progresses. While MAX REPS will be solely based on weight training - building muscle through heavy weights and max reps.
