This 21 Day Program is designed to burn fat, build muscle, improve your health and increase mental toughness and self-discipline.
Participants will be challenged to do the following DAILY:
- Follow 21 Day Nutrition Program
- Perform a minimum of (1) indoor or outdoor workout
- Complete the #CoachesChoice Daily Fitness Challenge
- Reach Daily Water Goal
- Daily #Social Check-In
- Read 10+ Pages of Health Based or Self Improvement Book
21 Day Meal Replacement
All participants will receive a full tub of UNICITY Complete Protein. A delicious and filling meal replacement delivering a full days serving of vitamins, 20g of protein and 8g of fiber!
Easy to follow Meal Program
Detailed and easy to follow meal planning guides will be right at your finger tips! We'll tell you which foods to stay away from, which to enjoy and when to eat them!
