Weights Max

Mondays @ 5am, 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm

Strength Training w/ a mix of cardio.

Full body workout.

Intensity

Tuesdays @ 5am, 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm

Cardio circuit intervals that build in intensity as the class progresses. Build endurance and burn fat in this Classic HIIT style workout!

Bootcamp

Wednesdays @ 5am, 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm

Target specific muscle groups with light to moderate strength training and cardio movements.

Max Reps

Thursdays @ 5am, 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Focused strength training through rep based circuits on more conventional gym equipment. Little to no cardio

30's

Fridays @ 5am, 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Cardio circuits designed to raise your heart rate and make your sweat!
